Separate camera, recorder and intrusion panel responsibilities in the scope. Confirm the actual product families, network or communication prerequisites and any monitored alarm handoff before deployment. Use our system design and planning process to define hardware, site conditions and commissioning responsibilities before deployment.

Define the interfaces before installation

Mixed-system work needs a device inventory and clearly assigned configuration tasks. Coordinate security camera installation, access control installation and structured cabling with the selected software and supporting infrastructure.

A documented handoff

We validate the field work against the approved scope and identify the system owner for each configuration or integration task. Installed components and remaining work are recorded in the end of service report.

Review installation pricing and what to expect during a Jendy installation to prepare the next steps. Eligible net new installations are covered by the craftsmanship warranty terms; swap projects and manufacturer hardware replacement labor have different coverage boundaries.
