Plan the Rhombus Scope
Confirm which cameras, readers, controllers and licenses are included, then organize device names and access roles in the Rhombus Console. Camera coverage and door operation are verified separately at closeout. Use our system design and planning process to define hardware, site conditions and commissioning responsibilities before deployment.
Coordinate cameras, doors and alarms
A combined deployment needs a clear scope for each subsystem. Connect security camera installation, access control installation and alarm installation to the same location standards while confirming each integration separately.
Validate each installed subsystem
We test the agreed camera views, door functions and alarm events with the authorized client teams. Device labels, installation photos and outstanding items are included in the end of service report.

Send the site addresses, device list, floor plans and target schedule through our installation survey request. Review installation pricing and what to expect during a Jendy installation to prepare the next steps. Eligible net new installations are covered by the craftsmanship warranty terms; swap projects and manufacturer hardware replacement labor have different coverage boundaries.
