Plan the Hikvision Scope
Document the selected models, recording requirements and existing network before installation. Clients with procurement or security restrictions should identify those requirements during the initial scope review. Use our system design and planning process to define hardware, site conditions and commissioning responsibilities before deployment.
Camera coverage and recording
Review entrances, work areas and exterior views, along with lighting, mounting height, network power and the selected recording arrangement. Our security camera installation team coordinates these decisions with the approved site plan.
Testing and handoff
We check installed camera views, connectivity and recorded playback for the specified system. Device names, installation photos and open items are recorded in the end of service report.

Eligible net new installations are covered by the craftsmanship warranty terms; swap projects and manufacturer hardware replacement labor have different coverage boundaries.
