Plan the ZKTeco Scope
Identify the selected controller, reader and credential or biometric functions. The client defines authorized users, privacy requirements and platform administration; Jendy’s installation follows the approved configuration scope. Use our system design and planning process to define hardware, site conditions and commissioning responsibilities before deployment.
Door schedules and field wiring
Each opening is reviewed for the existing lock, reader location, door position monitoring, release devices and available power. The access control installation scope identifies what will be reused, replaced or added.
Door operation and closeout
Testing covers approved credential access, lock and release behavior, door status and the agreed access schedules. Hardware, cabling and configuration responsibilities are recorded in the end of service report.

Review installation pricing and what to expect during a Jendy installation to prepare the next steps. Eligible net new installations are covered by the craftsmanship warranty terms; swap projects and manufacturer hardware replacement labor have different coverage boundaries.
